Update 12: Full game loop

It's update time once again!
For this update, I have added the final level and a proper victory screen. This means that the primary game loop is complete now complete.
I have also done a bunch more work optimization, although there is definitely still more work to be done here.
For the next update, I am going to do another pass on AI, and change how enemies are spawned to make exploring the map a little more exciting.
